Yes. You provide the garment — saree, lehenga, dhoti, turban fabric, hijab. The expert brings the skill and all fastening accessories: safety pins, fashion tape, clips, bobby pins. We never supply or carry garments.

Minimum 24 hours, maximum 30 days (60 days in the Oct-Feb wedding season). Dressing is event-driven, so we work on advance bookings. Same-day slots at a premium will follow as we scale.

Currently: South Delhi (GK, Hauz Khas, Defence Colony, Saket, Vasant Kunj, Malviya Nagar, Lajpat Nagar, CR Park) and Gurgaon (DLF Phases 1-4, Sushant Lok, Golf Course Road, Sector 56-57). We're expanding to Noida, Central Delhi, and West Delhi soon.

No cash. Prepaid protects both sides: you get a confirmed booking and refund rights, the expert gets guaranteed payment for the time they blocked.

If YOU cancel less than 2 hours before, your expert still gets paid their full share. They blocked their time for you.

If your EXPERT cancels, you get a 100% refund or a replacement expert, your choice.

We schedule with 30-minute travel buffers. If your expert is more than 15 minutes late for reasons within our control, we credit ₹100-150 to your account automatically. Past 30 minutes, rebook or refund, your choice.

First 15 minutes: no charge. 15-30 minutes: ₹100-150 wait surcharge. Past 30 minutes: the expert may leave and the full fee applies. We send a prep checklist 2 hours ahead — outfit laid out, blouse worn, petticoat ready for sarees.

Not at launch. We match on regional style, availability, distance, and rating. After a booking you liked, you can request the same expert again — repeat requests get priority.

No. We do dressing: saree draping, turban tying, mehandi, lehenga and hijab styling, dhoti tying. For makeup, book a makeup artist separately. We work alongside them, not against them.

You drop a Google Maps pin at checkout, before payment. Your expert gets that exact location and finds your building and flat without calling from the gate.
