This Privacy Policy explains what information Bharatiea collects when you use this website or book a service, and how we use it.
When you sign in, book a service, save an address, or apply as an expert, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, service address, booking details, and — if you sign in with Google — your Google account name, email, and profile photo.
We use your information to confirm bookings, assign an expert, contact you about your appointment, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Account, booking, and expert-application data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), a cloud database with industry-standard access controls. Some preferences (like your cart and saved services) are stored locally in your browser and are not sent to us.
We use Google Sign-In for authentication, Google Maps for address lookup (where enabled), and WhatsApp for direct messaging if you choose to contact us that way. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing the data you share directly with them.
Your booking address and contact number are shared only with the expert assigned to your booking, so they can reach you and arrive at the right place. They are not visible to other customers or experts.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing hello@bharatiea.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Bharatiea's services are intended for adults booking on their own or their family's behalf. We do not knowingly collect data from children using the site without a guardian.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
