These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bharatiea website and the booking of regional dressing services ("Services") through it. By creating an account, making a booking, or applying as an expert, you agree to these Terms.
Bharatiea connects customers in South Delhi and Gurgaon with independent regional dressing experts — saree draping, turban tying, dhoti dressing, lehenga and hijab styling, mehandi art — for at-home or at-venue appointments. Experts are independent professionals, not Bharatiea employees.
A booking is a request for a specific service, date, and time slot. It is confirmed once an expert is assigned and you receive a confirmation. Prices shown are estimates for the selected service and tier; the final price is confirmed at booking.
Bookings are prepaid online. We do not store your card or bank details on our servers.
Your refund depends on cancellation timing. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for the tiers. If your assigned expert cancels, you get a full refund or a replacement expert, your choice.
Provide accurate booking details (address, contact number, requirements), have your garments and accessories ready as instructed, and treat experts with respect. Bharatiea may refuse service or cancel a booking in cases of abuse, harassment, or fraud.
An application does not guarantee approval. Approved experts operate as independent professionals under a separate agreement covering commission, conduct, and payout.
Bharatiea connects you with an independent expert and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from a booking, beyond the refund commitments above.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes are reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
